Chief Deputy Bobby Biggerstaff was killed when his patrol car was struck head-on by a drunk driver at almost 100 mph.

The drunk driver was also killed in the crash.

Chief Deputy Biggerstaff was
Born: August 23,1944 and had served with the agency for 28 years. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, three stepchildren, and granddaughter.
