My thoughts and prays are with Scott's Mom and Dad and sister. I also pray for his son Tyler. I met Scott in 2001 and dated him off and on for about a year. I lived in St. Louis before moving to Florida last year. Scott and I remained friends and I will miss him so much. I plan on visiting his grave when I come home in May. My prays are with all of you.

To the Fiancé of Patrolman Scott Armstrong: I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I know how difficult it
is to lose the love of your life. I was engaged to Sheriff Deputy Joshua Blyler. He was killed in a car
accident 5/2/04. There aren’t any words I can say to take away your pain, but know that I am thinking
of you - that I understand what you are going through. Take comfort in all of your memories - reflect
on the love that you - your fiancé shared. Take care - know you are in my thoughts.
