I remember when Rob first started with Porter Co. Sheriff's. He and I worked many incidents together as I am a Firefighter in the area he was once assigned to. I had the honor of working with him when I started working at Porter County as well. I can't believe he is gone. He was a dedicated, model officer... and most importantly he set the example of how we all should be as human beings. I will remember him always.
