Its very sad to read of officers who have lost their lives on/off the job. We put our lives on the line daily to serve our cities/counties and go months without receiving a mere thank you from our commanders and so forth. To our command staff, try saying during roll call, "You guys did a great job." We need it. I pray for the families and your loss. Safety first. God Bless you all.
Sorry to hear another of God's chosen ones has fallen in the line of duty trying to protect and serve. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to his co-workers and family.

I visited this site by accident, but as an ex soldier I believe that any man who falls genuinely doing his duty should be remembered, the military are, so should the emergency services (as we call them in the UK) to this man (or woman), and all others who fall in the line of duty I bid Bon Voyage, and to those to whom he or she was important I wish strength and courage, and for those who deliberately caused his or her demise I wish the lower depths of their personal hell.

All those who have served and given their lives are a rare breed. Every day that they report for duty and turn the key and roll out, they know in their hearts it may be the last time. But they go anyway, because that is who they are. To the dear families and Friends my heart goes out to you. There is no doubt that they are still on patrol and still watching over their families and friends from on high. Chaplain Gibson "SEMPER FI" Brothers and Sisters!
Gods Blessings upon this fallen Sister/Brother and the family that grieves as well as the Law Enforcement Family. God Bless you all.

GOD did not promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, day without night, but; HE did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and light for the way.
The community has lost a dedicated protector, the family a loved one, the Department a comrade, the Nation a hero, but Heaven has gained an Angel. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and I ask GOD to watch over each member and give them strength during this time of their need.

It is abundantly clear that ALL of your fallen officers shared a
common thread - they were of the highest caliber yet modest and
unassuming in the approach of their duties. I believe that for as long
as such
men and women patrol your streets with such commitment and
professionalism, then you have much to be proud of. My heart goes out
to all the bereaved families, but be assured, there is someone in
"every" corner of the world who cares!
May your
family find peace and strength. I know how it feels to lose a
family member in the line of duty. My prayers are with you.
They will be blessed for all that they did for us while they were here
and now they can all watch over us.
Your job on earth is done and you are safely in God's hands. You are
now our guardian angel who watches over us in heaven. Your family and
fellow officers are in our prayers. God bless.
Rest in peace, and
may God allow him
to keep watch over us on earth while he patrols his beat
in heaven.
Our prayers go out
to the Officer and his Department and family.
May they all find peace in their hearts soon.
