Rayos died early Sunday morning in the line
of duty, when his car flipped, rolled and he was ejected, while pursuing a
suspect.
Rayos, a former army medic, was born and raised in Pecos, starting as a
Deputy, two years ago. His oldest daughter is in Junior High. While his
tragic death is still very raw his comrades and his family, will move on,
with him forever in their memories. |
