TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
RETURN ITEMS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS.
IF RETURNING RECEIVED ITEM(S)
1. Before returning any item(s) contact us by fax only below
with-in 10 days Include your full name, address, order number along with
why the item is being returned. no returns after 10 days. 2. You the
customer must pay for return shipping.
3. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the full amount of the
item(s) less 20%
restocking fee, Refund will be in the same form the item was
purchased. i.e. credit card, check or money order, est.. 4.
Returns must have a return authorization number given to you by us and
placed on the box being returned and a return signed signature from us
or it will not be accepted or refunded.

IF RETURNING DAMAGED ITEM(S)
1. Before returning an item(s) contact us by fax only below
with-in 10 days Include your full name, address, order number along with
a description of the damage. no returns after 10 days.
2. Box up the item(s) and send it to the address below. We will
exchange the item(s) once received back. You must pay for shipping
and we will reimburse you the full amount of the return shipping. 3.
Returns must have a return authorization number given to you by us and
placed on the box being returned and a return signed signature from us
or it will not be accepted or refunded.

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND WANT IT CANCELED.
To cancel an item(s) contact us by fax only to the number below
with-in 24 hours of time the order was placed, Include your full name,
address, order number and a signature or a 20% restocking fee will
apply. After 24 hours 20% restocking charge will apply and is
not refundable.
Any special order item(s) (Example: duty holsters) can take up to 6-10
week sometimes longer that are not in stock with our distributor are not
refundable after 24 hours and the order still stands as is and will be
shipped. Orders can be stopped and refunded without any restocking
charge only if we are notified by fax with-in 24 hours of the original
purchase time. Orders are processed by the end of that business day. Our
vendors need time to cancel orders, so please notify us within 24 hours.
Again 20% restocking charge applies even if the items are not
shipped.
Police Special is not a warehouse and does not stock items. Our
Vendors charge us 20% restocking and we only pass it on to the customer.
After 24 hours and or then shipped, special order items are not
returnable whatsoever unless, defected or damaged by the manufacture or
factory.
You the consumer by purchasing from this website are agreeing to the
terms and conditions as stated here in our return policy. Note: items
can take up to eight weeks for delivery.
Police Special Inc. retains the right of the content in the Return
policy and is subject to change with out notice.
